Answers about earning, campaigns, Live Modes, wallets, API integration, and payouts.
GainWorkers is a work marketplace. Employers pay for proof-based tasks, scheduled live broadcasts, research jobs, and quick A/B tests. Workers browse open jobs, lock a slot, complete the work, and get paid after review. You can use one account as a worker (to earn) and as an employer (to hire). Both sides share the same USD wallet.
A worker is someone who earns money by completing jobs on the site. You open Available Jobs, pick a task that fits your country and stats, lock a slot, follow the instructions, and submit proof (text, links, or files). When the employer or platform approves your proof, payment goes to your wallet. Over time you build a Trust Profile and Reliability Score. Better stats unlock more jobs, including Live Broadcast, Task Hunters, and Arena.
An employer is someone who pays for work. You add money to your wallet, create a campaign or Live Mode listing, write clear instructions, and review proof from workers. You can target countries, set how many slots you need, and choose how proof is reviewed. Employers who run their own SMM panel can also connect through the API (see API Docs in the site menu).
Yes. Switch between the worker view (Earn) and employer view (Hire) from your dashboard. Your wallet balance is shared. Money you earn from jobs can pay for your own campaigns or Live Modes.
There are two big groups. Open Tasks are normal marketplace jobs: Standard tasks, TimeSlot+ tasks (timed work panel), and Group Tasks (invite only). Live Modes are separate: Live Broadcast (scheduled stream watch sessions), Task Hunters (research bounties paid per row), and Arena (A/B voting). Live Broadcast uses a fixed start time. Task Hunters and Arena stay open until every slot is filled.
Create a free account and verify your email. Open Available Jobs from the dashboard. Read the payment, country rules, and instructions before you accept. Click to lock a slot, finish the task, and submit proof before the Completion Window (CW) ends. Approved work is added to your wallet. After your first approved tasks, you may be asked to pass the Qualification Test.
You must verify your email before you can use the job list. Phone verification may appear and can often be skipped. New workers can complete their first 30 approved tasks before the Qualification Test is required. After that threshold, pass the short exam to keep accepting Open Tasks. New workers also get a starter boost so they can see some entry-level jobs while they build a real track record.
A slot is one worker place on a job. When you accept a job, you lock one slot. Only you can work that slot until you submit proof, time runs out, or the slot is released. The job page shows how many slots are done and how many are left (for example 2/50).
CW means Completion Window. This is how long you have to finish and submit proof after you lock the slot. RW means Review Window. This is how long the employer (or admin) has to approve or reject your proof after you submit. If the employer does nothing before RW ends, platform rules may auto-approve your work when that setting is on. Always check both times on the job page.
Success rate shows how often your proof gets approved on Open Tasks. Many jobs set a minimum success rate. If your rate is too low, you cannot lock that slot. It improves when employers approve your work and drops when proof is rejected. Group Tasks and Live Modes may use different rules.
Trust Profile is your public reputation (trust score, tier, history). Reliability Score focuses on how steady you are on Open Tasks in the last 60 days. Reliability affects your daily Open Task limit and which jobs you can access. Open Reputation or Reliability from the dashboard menu to see your numbers and daily capacity usage.
Each worker has a daily limit on how many new Open Tasks they can accept. The limit grows when your success rate is higher. It resets at midnight in your account timezone. Jobs you already started do not count against the cap. Group Tasks, Live Broadcast, Task Hunters and Arena do not use this daily Open Task limit.
Standard jobs use normal proof upload. TimeSlot+ (TS+) opens a timed work panel inside the site; you must stay on task until the timer ends. Group Tasks are invite-only and do not show in the public list unless you were invited. Some jobs also show badges: EXPRESS means shorter deadlines, PREMIUM means higher pay and stricter rules, BP means Blueprint template, GROUP means group task.
After you accept a TS+ job, the site opens a full work panel with a timer. Complete every step in the instructions while the timer runs, then submit proof from that panel. Do not leave the panel or let the timer expire, or you may lose the slot without pay.
Group Tasks are private jobs. An employer invites you by Member ID or through a saved worker list. You will not see them in Available Jobs unless you have access. They use normal proof upload (not TimeSlot+). Check the Group Tasks tab if your employer told you to look there.
Open the job from Locked Jobs or the work link after you accept. Fill in every required field: text, URLs, file uploads (images or PDF), or template fields for Blueprint jobs. Submit before CW ends. If the employer asks for a revision, you can send an updated proof while the slot is still open.
Read the rejection reason on the submission page or in Work History. You usually do not get paid for that slot. Too many rejections hurt your success rate and Reliability. If you believe the decision was wrong, open a support ticket under Proof Review and include your Member ID and submission ID.
Live Broadcast is the scheduled stream watch mode. Employers set a fixed start time. You reserve a lobby spot before go-live, open the verified panel when the session starts, and stay on the embedded stream until tracking completes. Pay comes from escrow when your session passes automated checks.
Task Hunters are paid research jobs. The employer defines what each row should contain (broken links, map leads, forum threads, emails, and more). You submit rows one by one or upload CSV when allowed. Valid rows pay from escrow. Duplicates and bad data are rejected. Bounties stay open until every hunter slot is filled or the row cap is reached.
Arena is an A/B test inside GainWorkers. You see two options (headlines or images), pick A or B, and write a short reason. Tests stay open until every voter slot is filled. Join from the Arena board or Jobs tab while spots remain, complete the vote panel, and wait for review like other Live Modes.
Common reasons: your success rate or trust score is too low, the job targets another country, your account country is missing, VPN or proxy is blocked, you hit daily Open Task capacity, the job requires verified KYC, the employer blocked you, or the job is invite-only. The job page or lock button usually explains the reason.
You can complete many jobs without KYC. Some jobs require verified identity (shown on the job). Your first 1 withdrawal request can usually be submitted without KYC. Additional payouts require verified identity. Open Identity Verification under your account to upload ID and wait for admin approval.
After proof is approved, the job payment (minus the worker service fee, usually about 5%) credits your wallet. Some earnings may sit in pending until review fully closes. Live Modes pay according to their own session or row rules. Check Wallet for every credit line.
Open Wallet, then Withdraw. Your first payout request may be available without KYC when enabled on the platform. After that, verified identity is required. Choose an active crypto payout channel, enter your wallet address on the correct network, confirm your email PIN, and submit. Approved payouts are sent manually to the address you provide. Track status in Withdraw History.
Yes. Use the hide control (×) on any row in Available Jobs, or choose Not Interested on the job preview. Hidden jobs stay off your list until you change filters or clear hidden items.
Open Tasks I Finished (Work History) for campaign and group task history. Live Modes have their own history inside each mode. Your Member ID (format GW_XXXXXXXXXX) is on your account page. Give this ID to support or to employers who want to invite you to Group Tasks.
Yes. Community Chat is a public room for workers and employers who follow the rules. You may need to accept chat rules first. Some sites require passing Qualification before chat. Chat is not private messaging between users; for account issues use Support tickets.
Register, verify email, and switch to the Hire workspace. Deposit USD into your wallet. Choose Create Campaign for Open Tasks or open Live Modes for Live Broadcast and Group Task modes. Write clear instructions, set payment per slot, choose country targeting, and submit. Some listings need admin approval before workers can see them.
Go to Create Campaign and pick Standard. Set category, payment per slot, number of slots, instructions, and proof fields (text, URL, file). Choose who can see the job (open marketplace, group invite, or geo plus allowlist). Pick a proof review mode (employer only, admin plus employer, or admin only). Fund the hold and listing fee shown on the confirm screen.
TimeSlot+ campaigns use a timed in-panel work experience. Workers must stay inside the work panel until the timer ends, then submit proof. Use TS+ when steps must happen in one sitting (follow a sequence, watch content, or complete a timed checklist). TS+ listings usually need admin review before they go live.
Blueprint (Builder) lets you start from a ready template or build steps in a wizard (social posts, surveys, app tests, and more). You can save custom templates; the site includes a few free template slots and charges for extra slots. Blueprint campaigns often need admin review.
Group Tasks are invite-only. Create the campaign in group mode or use geo plus allowlist, then invite workers by Member ID, CSV, or a saved Worker Group. Invited workers see the job under Group Tasks. Use Worker Groups in the hire menu to manage lists and bulk invites.
When workers submit proof, it enters a review queue. You choose the review mode when creating the campaign: Employer Rate Only (you decide), Admin Review and Employer Rate (admin screens first), or Admin Rate (admin decides using your admin instructions). Use Proof Review or the Review Center to approve, reject, or request revision. Approved proof releases payment from hold.
Live Modes are separate from normal campaigns. Live Broadcast is for scheduled stream watch sessions. Group Task modes are Task Hunters (row-based research), Rentals (profile ad placements), and Arena (A/B tests). Task Hunters and Arena stay open until every slot is filled. Open Hire, then Live Modes to pick one.
Campaigns spread individual proof tasks over days or weeks. Live Broadcast gathers workers into one scheduled go-live time with verified stream tracking inside GainWorkers. Use Live Broadcast when you need many viewers online at the same moment for Kick, Twitch, YouTube, or another embeddable stream.
In Live Modes, open Task Hunters and create a bounty. Pick a template (broken links, map leads, etc.), set pay per row, rows per worker, and max hunters. Money is held in escrow. The bounty stays open until hunter slots fill or the row cap is reached. Review accepted rows in your dashboard or rely on duplicate checks. Export results when the bounty closes.
Upload two headlines or image URLs, set how many voters you need, and fund escrow. Workers pick A or B and explain why while slots remain. The monitor dashboard shows votes and sample comments as results come in. The test closes when every voter slot is filled.
Typical costs include a listing approval fee (about $0.25 USD for campaigns and $0.25 USD for Live Mode listings), employer commission on settled worker pay (often around 2.5% depending on mode), and the worker payment itself held in escrow. Workers pay a service fee from their side (about 5%). Exact totals show on the confirm screen before you publish.
Sign in, open Wallet, then Deposit. Select the active cryptocurrency method shown on the deposit page. Enter the amount, review fees and the quoted rate, then send the exact crypto amount to the address shown. Wallet credit is applied after blockchain confirmation. For security, API keys cannot add funds. Only the website deposit page can top up your wallet.
Set allowed countries on each listing. Workers must match the target (account country and IP rules). You can run international jobs or restrict to specific regions. VPN or proxy traffic may be blocked when strict geo is on.
Yes. Save workers from Best Workers or their profile for later Group Task invites. Maintain block lists so certain Member IDs cannot take your jobs. Manage lists under Account, Member Lists.
Open Campaign Dashboard to filter by status, pause or resume active jobs, clone a past campaign, and track budget hold. Paused jobs stop new locks but keep existing submissions on their timelines.
TimeSlot+ and Blueprint campaigns usually always need admin review. Standard campaigns need it when you pick admin review rating modes. Live Modes created on the website usually start as pending until admin approves. Orders placed through the SMM API skip admin review when validation and wallet balance pass.
Yes, if you resell services to your own customers. Create an API key in Developer Hub, whitelist your server IP, and point your panel to the API Docs URL. Your panel can read services, balance, and place orders. Wallet top-ups still happen only on the website. Full setup steps are in API Docs and Panel Setup.
Every account has a unique Member ID like GW_XXXXXXXXXX. It appears on your account page. Share it when support asks, when an employer invites you to a Group Task, or when you save workers to a list.
Use the workspace switcher in the dashboard (Earn vs Hire). The menu and create buttons change, but your login and wallet stay the same.
Email verification is required after signup. Follow the link sent to your inbox or open the verify page from the banner. Phone verification may appear during onboarding; you can complete it or skip if the site allows skip.
Open Account, then Security. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app, save your recovery codes, and confirm. Next login will ask for a 6-digit code after your password.
Available balance is money you can use for withdrawals or employer spends. Pending or held amounts are tied to jobs still in review or escrow. Wallet transaction history shows each hold, release, deposit, and withdrawal line.
Deposits use the crypto method shown on Wallet, Deposit. Withdrawals use the crypto channels listed on Wallet, Withdraw. Always match the asset and network shown on screen. Send only to a wallet address you control.
Before withdrawing, add your crypto payout details under Account, Payout Methods. Use a wallet address on the network required by the selected withdrawal channel. The withdraw wizard uses these details. Double-check the address and network. Incorrect details can cause permanent loss of funds.
Open Notifications from the dashboard to see job updates, review results, and system messages. Mark items read or clear old ones. Email alerts depend on your settings under Account Settings.
Open Support from the dashboard. Pick a category (Account, Wallet, Proof Review, Campaign, Job Violation, Technical, or Other), describe the issue, and attach screenshots if helpful. Always include your Member ID and any job, submission, or order ID.
Yes. Employers can block workers from taking their jobs. Block lists are managed from Member Lists. If you are blocked, you will not be able to lock that employer slots.
API Docs and Panel Setup are linked from the site header. Developer Hub (under resources) is where employers create API keys, set IP whitelist, test webhooks, and view API order history. These tools are for panel owners and developers, not for everyday worker tasks.
Open a support ticket from your dashboard or use the Contact page. Include your Member ID, job or submission ID, and screenshots for payment or proof issues. For API setup, start with Panel Setup in API Docs. For walkthroughs, open Platform Guides.
