1. Purpose
This Refund and Payment Policy ("Refund Policy") explains how payments, credits, reversals, and refunds work on GainWorkers operated by Gainlabs LTD. It supplements our Terms of Service. By depositing, publishing campaigns, accepting work, or requesting withdrawals, you agree to this Policy.
2. General principles
- All amounts are shown in the wallet currency displayed at checkout unless stated otherwise
- Completed platform actions may generate non-reversible ledger entries
- Wallet deposits are intended for use on the Platform. Refund requests are exceptional and reviewed case by case
- Approved external refunds, when granted, are sent by manual cryptocurrency payout to a verified wallet address on the network we approve
- We may require identity verification before payouts or exceptional refunds
- Blockchain transactions sent to incorrect addresses or wrong networks are your responsibility and may be unrecoverable
3. Employer deposits
Wallet deposits fund campaigns, Live Modes, API orders, approval fees, and related employer spends. Please deposit only amounts you intend to use on the Platform. We process a limited number of deposit reversals and do not operate the wallet as a general-purpose payment or savings account.
3.1 Cryptocurrency deposits
Deposits on GainWorkers are made in cryptocurrency through the method shown on the deposit page. You receive a fixed-rate payment request with the exact amount, deposit address, and expiry time. Wallet credit is applied after the payment is detected and confirmed on the blockchain according to our payment partner rules.
Send only the asset and network displayed at checkout. Deposits sent with the wrong token, wrong chain, or incomplete amount may be delayed, rejected, or lost. We cannot guarantee recovery of misrouted funds.
Network fees, exchange spread, and processor fees shown at checkout are charged by the payment flow. They are not refundable by GainWorkers except where this Policy approves a reversal of the underlying deposit.
3.2 Short-window unused deposit reversal
To treat genuine mistaken deposits fairly, we may approve a manual crypto refund when all of the following apply:
- You request a reversal within 48 hours of the deposit being credited to your wallet
- The full deposited amount (or the portion you ask to reverse) remains unused: no campaign spend, escrow hold, API order, approval fee, or other debit has been applied
- Your account is in good standing and not under review for fraud, abuse, or suspicious payment activity
- You provide an accurate refund wallet address on the network we approve for the reversal
Approved reversals under this section are paid to the verified crypto wallet you provide. We aim to send approved refunds within 1 to 2 business days after verification. Weekends, blockchain congestion, and compliance checks may extend timing. Gateway or processing fees charged on the original deposit may be deducted from the reversal amount where permitted by law.
This short-window option is a limited goodwill process. It does not create an automatic right to refund and may be declined if funds were partially used, the request is late, wallet details cannot be verified, or we reasonably suspect abuse or repeat refund requests.
3.3 Deposits after the reversal window
After 48 hours from wallet credit, or once any part of a deposit has been spent or held, crypto deposits are final. Unused balances remain in your wallet for Platform use or withdrawal under Section 8. External refunds are not available except where:
- A payment processor confirms a failed or reversed transaction before wallet credit
- We duplicate-credit a wallet in error
- A mandatory consumer or payment-network rule requires reversal
Payment provider fees shown at deposit are charged by the gateway and are not refundable by GainWorkers except where the underlying deposit itself is reversed under this Policy.
4. Campaign and task funding
4.1 Open and standard campaigns
- Employer budgets are reserved in escrow when campaigns go live or slots are accepted
- Approved worker payouts are released from escrow according to review rules
- Rejected or expired work does not pay workers; reserved funds return to employer spendable balance when rules allow
- Campaign approval fees are charged for platform review and are non-refundable once review work has started, unless we cancel the review in error
4.2 Live Broadcast
- Full worker pool budgets may be held upfront when a go-live session is scheduled
- After the scheduled session ends, only verified participants are paid
- Unused held amounts are released back to employer balance through partial settlement
- Live approval fees follow the same non-refundable review principle once processing begins
4.3 Task Hunters, Rentals, Arena, and other modes
Each mode displays its hold, acceptance, rejection, and settlement rules before publish. Accepted rows, verified placements, or winning entries are paid from escrow. Rejected, duplicate, or fraudulent submissions are not paid. Unused escrow returns according to the mode-specific settlement shown in the interface.
5. API and SMM reseller orders
- API orders debit the linked employer wallet when accepted
- Orders that fail at creation due to platform error are not charged
- Partial fulfillment or cancellation rules follow the service definition and API status returned by the Platform
- API deposits are not supported; reseller panels must fund wallets through the website deposit page
6. Worker earnings
- Workers are paid only for approved work under published task rules
- Pending earnings may remain held until review fully closes
- Reversed or rejected submissions do not earn payment
- Service fees disclosed before acceptance are deducted from gross task pay
- Platform spend credit, if granted, is usable only inside the Platform and is not withdrawable unless expressly stated
7. Submission reversals
If an approved submission is later reversed after investigation, the worker payment may be debited back from wallet balance. If balance is insufficient, the account may be restricted until resolved. Reversal reasons may include fraud, policy violation, employer dispute upheld by admin review, or technical duplicate payout.
8. Withdrawals
- Withdrawals may be requested only from withdrawable wallet balance
- Withdrawals are paid in cryptocurrency to the wallet address you provide on the network shown for the selected channel
- Minimum amounts, channel fees, and compliance review apply
- Submitted withdrawal requests reserve the gross amount while pending
- Approved payouts are sent manually after finance review. Incorrect addresses or unsupported networks are your responsibility
- Failed payouts return funds to wallet balance after finance review
- We may require KYC before additional withdrawals after any promotional KYC-free allowance is used
9. Refund requests and support
GainWorkers is built for funding and settling work on the Platform, not for frequent deposit and refund cycling. We review refund requests in good faith but do not encourage routine refund requests. Most completed actions, spent balances, and fees for services already delivered are non-refundable.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, open a support ticket promptly with the transaction reference, deposit reference, job ID, or withdrawal reference. Include your Member ID and explain why a reversal is warranted. For crypto deposits made in error, use the 48-hour unused-deposit process in Section 3.2 and include the transaction hash when available.
We do not guarantee refunds for user error, changed mind after spending, policy violations, or completed services that met published rules. Repeated or abusive refund requests may lead to account restrictions.
10. Taxes
You are responsible for taxes arising from your activity on the Platform. Invoices and payout records are provided where configured, but Gainlabs LTD does not provide tax advice.
11. Abuse and clawback
We may claw back balances obtained through fraud, payment reversals, duplicate accounts, on-chain disputes, or system abuse. We may offset negative balances against future earnings or deposits where permitted by law.
12. Changes
Fee schedules and refund mechanics may change as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected on relevant checkout screens and in this Policy with an updated date.
