Delivery time

Micro campaigns	Proof review within 24 to 72 hours after worker submission.
Live Broadcast	Workers join at the scheduled go-live time.
Task Hunters	Open until slots fill or the employer closes the bounty.
SMM API orders	Track delivery with action=status polling.

Payment methods

Crypto wallet deposit	BTC, ETH, USDT, and other supported coins credited to your employer wallet after blockchain confirmation.
Employer wallet USD balance	Campaigns, Live Modes, and API orders debit from your USD wallet after deposit.

Refund policy summary

Wallet deposits are for use on GainWorkers. Routine refunds are not offered after funds are spent or allocated to campaigns.
Unused crypto deposits may qualify for a manual reversal within 48 hours of wallet credit if no spend, hold, or API order has used the deposit.
Rejected, expired, or fraudulent submissions are not paid. Unused escrow returns to employer balance according to the published campaign or mode rules.
API orders that fail at creation due to a platform error are not charged.
If a campaign receives zero approved submissions within the published delivery window due to a platform-side failure, unused escrow returns to the employer wallet.
Completed and approved work is final. Refund questions: open a support ticket with your Member ID and transaction reference, or email info@gainworkers.com.
