How to Create a Live Broadcast

Employer guide: Live Modes hub, stream watch setup, scheduling, wallet hold, admin review, and session monitor.

Employer This guide shows how to publish a Live Broadcast session on GainWorkers. Live Broadcast gathers workers into one scheduled go-live time with verified stream tracking inside the platform. Task Hunters, Rentals, and Arena are separate Group Task modes and stay open until slots fill. You need an employer account, USD wallet balance, and Hire workspace access.

1

Sign in and fund your wallet

Register or sign in as an employer. Deposit USD before creating a Live Broadcast session. On submit we hold the full worker pool budget plus a $0.25 approval fee.

  • Open Wallet / Deposit and add enough USD for slots x payment per worker.
  • Platform credit cannot be withdrawn but can be spent on Live Modes if enabled on your account.

Monitor the live session

After approval, open the session detail page before go-live. Track joined workers, verified passes, and session timeline. You can end the stream early if needed.

When the session ends, only workers who pass automated checks are paid. Unused hold is refunded (partial settlement).

Review session results

Open Session Review from My Live Broadcast to inspect pass/fail rows, export data, and confirm settlement. Live Broadcast does not use manual proof review like standard campaigns.
