Refund policy summary
- Wallet deposits are for use on GainWorkers. Routine refunds are not offered after funds are spent or allocated to campaigns.
- Unused crypto deposits may qualify for a manual reversal within 48 hours of wallet credit if no spend, hold, or API order has used the deposit.
- Rejected, expired, or fraudulent submissions are not paid. Unused escrow returns to employer balance according to the published campaign or mode rules.
- API orders that fail at creation due to a platform error are not charged.
- If a campaign receives zero approved submissions within the published delivery window due to a platform-side failure, unused escrow returns to the employer wallet.
- Completed and approved work is final. Refund questions: open a support ticket with your Member ID and transaction reference, or email info@gainworkers.com.
